OmniSync is a graphical utility that allows users to compare two folders, zipfiles, or FTP directories side-by-side, with various filter options and an integrated visual file compare window. It also supports DOS's FC command file compare and Word's document compare feature. It features full drag/drop and clipboard copy/cut/paste support, and can compare folders and all nested sub folders.
